The sekt Heinz Wagner Tradition, vintage 2021 from the winery Heinz Wagner Sekt has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Yeasty aroma, with hints of Pinot berry, slightly yeasty, slightly citrusy and a little "stony". The palate begins softly and leads into a cultivated, voluminous mousse. Tension and freshness are excellent, the acidity is powerful and yet seamlessly integrated. Very successful!
