Green bell pepper in fresh, fragrant aroma, blackcurrant, elderflower, rhubarb, cut grass. Firm structure on the palate, substantial, savoury, with ripe, tightly layered phenolics, balanced, rather soft acidity, distinctive bitter tone, salted lemon, individualistic.
