The white wine Müller Thurgau trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Hendriks + Fürst Weine has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau from the region Württemberg in Germany.
A fine bouquet emerges from the glass: orange blossom, some rosewood and mace, as well as small red berries. On the palate the wine displays a full-bodied strength that is kept in balance by striking acidity and a pinch of phenolics. The emphatically dry structure also emphasises the mineral components. Classic Lake Constance - just with added density!
