The white wine »Blanc de Blanc« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Hendriks + Fürst Weine has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Grauer Burgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Toasted notes and yellow fruits on the nose, camomile, myrrh, beeswax and coffee. Fine texture on the palate without being overpowering, straightforwardly controlled, invigorating acidity, grippy phenolics with a vegetal background and a tart, mineral length.
