Slightly yeasty, fine ethereal aroma with eucalyptus, sesame, brioche, yellow apple peel, dried lemon. A slender structure, fine yet voluminous mousse, with a mineral drive and delicate phenolics that lend a fine structure to the otherwise light-footed sparkling wine, with a salty length.
