Pale salmon pink, fine bubbles. A hint of cookie underpinned by red fruit of redcurrant, strawberry and lychee. Orange zest in the background, juicy on the palate, fresh acidity, medium body. Fine fruity sweetness of tangerine on the finish. A good aperitif!
