Medium golden yellow. Complex aroma of ripe yellow pear, galia melon, and brioche notes paired with roasted hazelnut. Complex palate with balanced acidity and a lively mousse, with some fleur de sel. Full-bodied until the slightly tart finish, and it has a long finish. An ideal wine for food.
