Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkard

Brilliant golden yellow. Delicate brioche notes, lemon cream, ripe yellow apple with air, acacia blossom on the nose. Balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity, well-balanced, vivid mousse with idiosyncratic palate tension of fruity wine gums. Medium finish of apple crumble and honey savouriness.
