Tasting from 12.11.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

A touch of white Alba truffle clings to the raspberry and red cherry notes on the nose. The palate comes with the resonance of gentle oak handling, the fruit shines with red-berry purity, a vein of freshness brightens everything. This is lithe but has the most beautiful, resonant, aromatic depth. Bravo.
