Tasting from 02.01.2004

Medium yellow-green, fine fruity note in the nose, underlaid with vanilla, delicate flint, a Burgundian association in the direction of Chablis is awakened, delicate roasted hazelnuts, soft exotic fruit on the palate, the new wood is very well integrated, despite all similarities to Burgundy an independent expression, shows a little more acidity, but also more sweet fruit melting, very attractive, dry in the finish, great food wine.
