Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate herbal savouriness, blackberry confit with tobacco undertones, black cherry, nuances of liquorice. Juicy, elegant and fresh, ripe heart cherry, fine tannins, mineral-salty finish, a lively food companion with certain ageing potential.
