Bright greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit of mango and papaya, fresh tangerines, orange zest in the background, floral touch, inviting bouquet. Juicy, shows good complexity, white stone fruit, fine caramel, fresh acidity, mineral and well balanced, salty, a lightfooted, multi-faceted food companion.
