Tasting from 04.07.2019: Othmar Kiem, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter und Dominik Vombach

Fresh citrus fruit, ripe pome and stone fruit and honey on the nose. Fresh, juicy acidity on the palate, lots of creaminess and beautiful pear and apple fruit. It is light on its feet and has a lovely creaminess and spiciness on the finish.

Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine nuances of ripe gooseberry, in the background light yellow tropical fruit, a hint of meadow herbs, rather discreet nose. Medium body, fine fruit expression, velvety texture, a hint of honeydew melon, round and harmonious, fine mineral nuances on the finish, already accessible.
