The red wine Lagona Villány, vintage 2013 from the winery Heumann Winery has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Villány-Siklós in Hungary.
Semi-bitter chocolate, freshly crushed black cherry, almost like a Black Forest gateau. Dense, crumbly tannin, plump and round and still very closed on the palate, ripe acidity, good fruit potential, integrated alcohol. Good structure, needs some time.
