Light yellow green, silver reflections. Fresh meadow herbs, a hint of white pear, yellow greengage, orange zest, mineral touch, in the background tobacco spice. Complex, taut, white apple, fine acidity, underpinned with a discreet fruit expression, full of finesse and light-footed, salty finish, lingers long, a food wine with substance and length.
