Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, white pomaceous fruit, fine nuances of lime zest, mineral touch. Taut, tightly woven, delicate green apple, nutty notes on the finish, salty-lemony aftertaste, an animating companion at the table.
