Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.10.2014

"Burgundian" reductive with a piquant nettle mint note in it, supple base with juicy, very lively acidity as an base, high elegance factor, dry and authentic, mineral tint, medium-bodied in the fruit, pronounced in the body, but not overpowered - appetisingly proportioned wine. Still fresh even after three days.

More about the tasting

Strong ruby garnet, violet reflections, broad rim brightening. Inviting red berry fruit, floral nuances of hibiscus to violets, some licorice. Very light-footed on the palate, juicy cherry fruit, fine tannins, pleasant extract sweetness on the finish, shows good length, a versatile food companion.
