Tasting Notes
Deep red in colour. On the nose it's initially slightly reductive, with only a discreet spice character showing. With air more peppery notes emerge alongside dark fruit - hinting at plenty of depth. On the palate there's a plentiful, powerful attack, interwoven with intense but fine tannins. Still quite closed and feels like it's in a difficult phase at the moment but undoubtedly will open up and therefore there's certain ageing potential.
