Yeast is evident in the aroma, apple, some caraway, malt and fresh meadow herbs. Juicy on the palate (apple again) and with good tension and vivid acidity, slender, yet not too thin, also with a smooth texture and fine phenolics, savoury, some pepper. Strong!
