The white wine »Seehalde«, vintage 2020 from the winery seehaldenhof has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The fruit is preceded on the nose by herbal notes, red apple, apple peel, fine wood savouriness, also some caraway. The fine nerve acidity initially sets the pace on the palate and leads to a juicy smoothness with slightly tart apple notes and finely interwoven tannins, bone dry, also mineral in the finish.
