Tasting from 19.02.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Deep red with a mature rim. A multifaceted bouquet, initially subdued, then revealing plums, cedarwood, mint, distinct notes of maturity, and a hint of acetone. A delicate attack, with a lovely balance of acidity and tannins, softly fading fruit, and the sweetness of age. A juicy, refined, dry finish. An elegant, robust, mature wine.
