Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, aromas of sour cherry with a hint of olive, delicate fresh orange zest, nuances of herbal spices, vanilla and fine oak. The palate is powerful, chocolaty and mighty, this red wine beacon hails from the island of Hvar, with ripe tannins, sweet and persistent, mineral and already accessible, thanks to appropriate ageing, this is a full-bodied, versatile food wine.
