Brilliant silver-grey with a fine mousse. Fragrant and inviting, with notes of yellow flowers, coconut flakes, elderflower, citrus fruit and a hint of fresh honey. On the palate with a cheeky mousse and crisp finish, savoury, mouth-filling, with good length.
