Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright straw yellow with a fine green tinge. The nose is fragrant and expressive, with crisp lime, white peach, juicy pears and a hint of white flowers, inviting. Restrained mousse on the palate, but with plenty of juice and sweetness, rich, with a lovely length.
