0.0 percent by volume. Salmon pink in color. Roasted peanut, strawberry jam, lactic notes. The palate opens with sweetness, flows juicy and with pleasant fruit accompaniment, the rather restrained acidity in combination with some carbonic acid carries the structure, nutty aromas reappear in the finish.
