Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Intense, very ripe black cherry, with some wood patina, bitter chocolate, liquorice. Full-bodied and voluminous with ripe, not too mild tannins, acidity slowly gaining in intensity on the palate and a powerful and long, still closed finish. Fruit and good substance with potential for 3-7 years.
