Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Perfumed nose of dandelion honey, ripe lychee and pickled pineapple, some wet stone with floral nuances on the finish. Powerful palate, nice balance between fruit and acidity, fine mineral drive on the palate, persistent, fine salinity on the finish.
