It has a bright fine ruby red colour. There is a delicate leather aroma on the nose, then ripe cherry, cranberry and a well-integrated fine oak character. It is dense and profound on the palate, with an elegant use of oak, many layers of flavours, and a hearty attack and finish. It has great length.
