Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright shimmering garnet with an orange rim. Spicy start on the nose with notes of thyme and pepper, then blackcurrant, also dark chocolate and dried bread crust. Builds in layers on the palate, fresh and grippy on the palate, compact with drive at the back, holds up well on the finish.
