Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, luminous garnet red with clear rim brightening. Juicy sour cherry at the front, then wild raspberry, very clear fruit, a little pepper at the back. Youthful on the palate, with juicy acidity, somewhat steely tannins, compact, with a certain drive, then slightly spicy-bitter on the finish.
