Bright, rich ruby; very clear and memorable nose with notes of dark cherry, blackberries and some plum, cloves in the background; lots of intense fruit in the attack, plump, unfolds with lots of dense tannin, shows a lot of power, but unfortunately a little rough and drying in the finish.
