Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Delicately tobacco-like spice on the nose alongside yellow apple, a hint of pear and mango. Some subtle meadow herbs in the background add floral fragrance. The palate is of medium body, with white pomaceous fruit to the fore and balanced by a fresh acidity. The finish is mineral-salty with a lemony aftertaste. A good companion to spiced food.
