Medium yellow green colour, silver reflections. Initially restrained, delicate notes of mango and papaya, candied mandarin zest, some blossom honey. Taut, tightly woven, white pears, fresh acidity, salty and mineral finish, lingers long, a food wine with energy and freshness, lemony aftertaste.
