Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. On the nose little expression, delicate raspberry, a touch of dried rose petal, and, after some time, also petrol. Opens on the palate with a creamy core, light texture, loosely-knit tannin in the middle which overlays the fruit, bitingly dry on the finish. .
