Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the edge. Ripe cherries, some blackberry confit, hints of tobacco and herbs. Medium complexity, ripe plums, integrated tannins, fresh acidity, some nougat in the finish, a finely spiced food wine, versatile.
