Bright straw yellow with a golden shimmer. Compact fruit on the nose, Williams pear and pineapple, followed by a hint of sage. Extremely juicy and balanced on the palate, animating acidity structure, medium-long, slightly tart finish. Tip: pour into a carafe to aerate before drinking!
