Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby with purple tinges. Very open on the nose with plum compote, light mixed fruit dessert with rum and a little malted barley coffee. Likewise very open on the palate, with deep, rich fruit, unique style and character, becoming a little bitter towards the finish.
