Spicy nose with dark and red berries, cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry, tobacco, smoky and roasted flavours, and violets. Full-bodied and savoury on the palate, vivid acidity, medium extract, fine-grained tannins in medium quantity; the acidity provides length. Ideal for a meat pasta.
