Pear and apricot on the nose, fine garden herbs, dried lime peel, dried flowers and also some fresh hay, caramelised hazelnut. Compact on the palate with ripe, integrated acidity, a supple base, beautiful spiciness and fine citrus hints, tangerine and a dash of lime that enlivens the finish.
