Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.06.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Complex, ripe aroma: stewed figs, dates, but also civet, blackberry, tobacco and nougat. Opens juicy on the palate, then characterized by resinous, clinging tannins that are only medium in quantity, mild acidity, but not too much alcohol, interesting, very independent wine. The aromatic maturity seems to be somewhat more developed than the maturity of the tannins.
