Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Smoky nutty note, reductive spiciness, candied orange zest, some peach, a hint of yellow tropical fruit, and a mineral salty touch. Juicy, powerful and complex, fine white pear fruit, fresh acidity, with nuances of lime. It has very good length and certain ageing potential.
