Intense, natural dark berry nose, especially elderberries and leaves, also blackberries and nuances of fresh pepper. Beautifully textured on the palate, again with intense berry aromas and peppery nuances. Has an open structure with noticeable, gripping tannins and ripe acidity. Long finish.
