Pink grapefruit, but also floral notes (mauve tea) and darting mineral tones. Rich palate: on the one hand voluminous and almost viscously layered, on the other hand kept in balance by silky phenols despite the rather mild acidity. Rich extract, very fine and unagitated. Aromatic and mineral-accompanied finish with an incipient spiciness.
