Tasting Notes
Slightly cloudy, clear amber with orange reflections. Aroma of Yunnan ham, plus petrol, candied ginger, chamomile and slightly dusty nuances. Initially reductive with hints of Chinese firecrackers and matches, opens up with air. Then hibiscus, echinacea, nectarine and dried apricot. Dry, with grippy tannins. Mineral finish reminiscent of slate spice.
