Light-colored rim. Ripe spice on the nose: candied orange peel, chocolate truffles and wild marjoram, fine, nervous structure, delicate tannins, mineral underpinnings, old-fashioned elegance with enchantingly juicy freshness in maturity. Medium to good length and aromatically dense despite the lightweight impression. The wooden barrel is only noticeable in the developed spice, not through wood aromas.
