Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

On the nose, multi-layered aromas of Nashi pear, white currant, an exotic touch of kiwi and fresh pineapple ,and with air, flint, and hints of yeast. A full-bodied mid-palate is underpinned by finessed acidity that envelops the palate like cream, with an elegant minerality. Still youthful, and approaching harmony, has ageing potential. Very well done!
