The finest notes of smoke and toast dominate its bouquet. Cranberry juice, cassis, olive tapenade and oriental spices. A firework display. A dense and juicy taste that is fortunately not filling. It does not linger forever, but is a good, juicy, fresh wine with a delicate hint of candied lemon on the finish.
