Tasting Notes
Aroma of chestnut honey, raisins, strong botrytis. Soft on the palate, sweet and voluminous at the beginning, then the acidity slowly builds up tension, with minerality emerging at the end. Seems comparatively well-fermented, almost in the direction of Sauternes, good with foie gras.
