Disgorged September 24. A spicy yeast nose, also hay, straw flowers, honey, grated apple, and slightly floral scents. The palate unfolds a very cultivated, fine mousseux, in the middle of the palate the wine seems a little light, but its freshness, ripe acidity and juicy, elegant, long-lasting finish make it a very stylish aperitif.
