Tasting from 30.08.2018: Peter Moser

Bright golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. Ripe apple fruit and a touch of pear on the nose is underlaid by honey, orange zest and a somewhat oxidative element. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a multifaceted acid structure. Delicate tannins sustain the finish, with white peach notes emerging in the aftertaste. A mineral-saline, exciting food companion.
